Where We Ship
Glow Beauty delivers to all provinces across South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost
Free delivery on every order. No minimum spend, no conditions. Every single order ships free.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Our Courier
All orders are shipped via Aramex — South Africa's trusted door-to-door courier service. Orders are packed by hand from Midrand, Gauteng before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your delivery directly through Aramex.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and again once it has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with Aramex on your behalf. Glow Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
