By placing an order with Glow Beauty, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
- About Glow Beauty
Glow Beauty is a CIPC registered South African business, based in Midrand, Gauteng. We sell wearable menstrual heating pads and related wellness products exclusively within South Africa. - Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. - Delivery
We deliver across South Africa only. Delivery is free on every order and takes 7–10 business days via Aramex door-to-door delivery. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Glow Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control. - Product Use
Our heating pad is intended for use over clothing — not directly against bare skin for extended periods. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, consult your doctor before use. Glow Beauty is not liable for any injury resulting from misuse of the product. - Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, copy, branding, and product design is the property of Glow Beauty. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission. - Limitation of Liability
Glow Beauty's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. - Contact
